US ORDERS
Free Shipping on US Orders over $50
Spend over $50 after discounts, and shipping is on us.
If your total is under $50 (after discounts/promos), we’ll show the best shipping rate at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We partner with trusted carriers to get your goodies to you—fast, safe, and drama-free.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 🌍
We love you, but…Free shipping is for USA orders only. Also, local taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Canada & Australia: duties and taxes are collected at checkout for a smoother delivery.

Everywhere else: check with your local customs office so there are no surprises.
DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
We don’t cover international duties and taxes for most countries because the fees vary. You’ll usually pay these at delivery.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES ⏱️
We craft, pack, and prep with care. Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order before it ships. Processing time is separate from transit time and are based on the shipping service selected.
We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day.

Right after you order, we send an order confirmation.

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping email with your tracking number, carrier, and estimated delivery, so you can follow every glamorous mile.

ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Email orders@getesso.com immediately with URGENT in the subject line. If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll try to update the address.
If a package is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect info, shipping is non-refundable. We’ll help with next steps.
CARRIER DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Carrier holding your parcel hostage? Contact them directly—They may need delivery instructions or an address fix.
Address changes can come with extra carrier fees (ESSO doesn’t cover these). To avoid fees, ask the carrier to hold for pickup at a nearby location.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We get it—nothing kills the vibe like a missing package. Once a parcel is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands, but we’ll still help:

Also file a claim with the carrier—they may need details from you.
These cases are outside our refund policy, but we’ll do what we can and may offer a replacement depending on the situation. If theft is likely, consider filing a police report.
POLICY GLOW-UPS (AKA CHANGES)
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time—without prior notice. By purchasing and using ESSO products, you’re agreeing to the latest version. Check back occasionally to stay in the loop.
