Refund policy
Interested in a Return or Exchange? Please contact us at orders@getesso.com for approval of any returns or exchanges prior to shipping back any products.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you don't love one of our products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and either the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 7 days after refund is issued for your refund to be posted to your account. If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, please contact your bank or credit card company to see if it is still processing. If they have no record of a refund being processed, please contact us at orders@getesso.com.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different color or product, please contact us at orders@getesso.com for approval of the exchange prior to shipping back any products.
Gifts
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, but you are not the original purchaser, you will receive a store credit once the item is received.
We can only offer a refund or credit to the original purchaser or the recipient. If you are neither, we are unable to provide a credit or refund.
Shipping
Please note you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your returns as we are not responsible for any issues related to shipping your product back.
